Your baggage has been delayed, damaged, lost? We are well aware of the inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured we will work hard to reunite you with your baggage as quickly as possible.

n the following pages, you will find information on what to do if your bag has been lost or damaged.

We sincerely apologize if your baggage hasn’t been delivered upon arrival. Technical problems or a missing baggage label may be causing the delay. Here's what to do if your baggage doesn’t arrive.

How do I report an incident with my baggage?

Contact one of our agents immediately as you must fill out a lost or missing baggage form before you leave the passenger terminal. This form must be signed and dated the day of the incident. Any declarations dated after this time cannot be processed.

If your baggage remains lost

If unfortunately your bags haven’t been found within 3 days, you have 21 days from the date of arrival to provide us with an inventory of lost items. To maximize your compensation claim, please provide us with as many supporting documents as possible.

Damaged baggage

Normal use of your baggage, particularly if your bags are too full, may result in scratches, marks and other damage, for which we do not accept liability. However, if you notice more substantial damage to your baggage, please let us know upon arrival by making contact with a company agent or representative in order to file a baggage incident form. In the case of proven damage, we will do our best to compensate you.

Missing articles

If you’re missing some or all of the contents of your luggage, let us know as soon as you arrive in the passenger terminal. If you only notice later that an item is missing, you have seven days from the date of your arrival to file your complaint with the competent police authorities and file a declaration with our company.
