You would like to purchase your ticket in one of our ticket offices, via the call centre, our website or through an approved travel agency

Where can i buy my ticket ?

At any one of our ticket offices

in Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe),Grand Bourg (Marie-Galante), Roseau (Dominica), Fort-de-France (Martinique), Castries (Saint Lucia). Our staff will be delighted to help you make your booking and will issue your return tickets and boarding cards.

By phoning our call centre

based in Saint Lucia. Open seven days a week, from 7am to 7pm, operated by French and English-speaking agents. Following your transaction, our call centre staff will give you your booking number over the phone and send you your reservation details by email.

Before boarding, you will need to print your ticket/boarding card.

On the day of departure, go to :

  • our check-in counters with your ID + booking number
  • our self-service kiosks with your booking number + the first four letters of your name
  • our ticket desk with your ID + booking number

Or via our website at www.express-des-iles.com

Following your transaction, our call centre staff will give you your booking number over the phone and send you your reservation details by email.

Before boarding, you will need to print your ticket/boarding card.

On the day of departure, go to :

  • our check-in counters with your ID + booking number

Booking validity

All our tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
During this period, you can use your ticket under the following conditions:

If your ticket can be modified:

You can modify the dates as often as you like within the validity period (NB: there is a change fee)

If your ticket cannot be modified :

You can travel within the limit of available places within the period of one year. You cannot benefit from a new reservation.

Amend my booking

Check the conditions that apply to your fare.

If your ticket can be modified:

During the period of validity of the ticket, it is possible to change travel dates. A fee of 3 euros per passenger applies.
All other changes are not authorized (change of name, type of journey, destinations, etc.).

Your ticket/boarding card hasn't yet been issued

You can contact our call centre, travel agent or go online at www.express-des-iles.com to make any necessary date changes.

Your ticket/boarding card has already been issued:

Go to any one of our ticket offices and present your ticket/boarding card.

We will issue you with your new tickets.

Refund my booking

Check the conditions that apply to your fare.

Your ticket is refundable:

You haven't used any portion of the ticket: a fee of 10 euros will be applied.
You have used part of your ticket: you will be refunded the difference in cost between a return ticket and a one-way ticket.

Your ticket/boarding card hasn't yet been issued

If you purchased your ticket on our website, via the call centre or paid by credit card, you should send us your refund request by letter or email, along with your travel details and/or booking reservation number.

Your ticket will be refunded at least one month after the date of purchase. You will be refunded by cheque. This will be posted to your address.

If you purchased your ticket in a travel agency, you should address your refund request directly to the travel agency.

Your ticket/boarding card has already been issued

The original ticket/tickets must be sent along with your refund request. Unless we receive the original tickets, refund requests will not be processed.

I've lost my ticket / boarding card

In the case of the loss or theft of your ticket/boarding card, you will need to purchase a new one-way or return ticket.

When purchasing the new ticket, remember to ask our ticketing service to provide you with the Loss/Theft Form.

This form will be requested of you in any correspondence with our aftersales service.

The declaration of loss or theft must be fully completed and signed in the presence of our agent.

Within 15 days of this declaration, you are also obliged to report the loss or theft of the tickets at the nearest police station.

You can't find your ticket/tickets:

One xxx after the declaration of loss or theft, you must go our ticketing office at Pointe-à-Pitre or Fort-de-France, and bring your ID and all paperwork received concerning the loss/theft of the ticket/tickets. Here, you will be issued with a new ticket/tickets, identical to that/those lost or stolen, with the taxes at the charge of the customer.

You find your ticket/tickets:

You should present the ticket and the declaration of loss/theft to the company. We will issue a new one-way and/or return ticket, identical to that declared lost or stolen. Taxes will be at the expense of the customer.

Any incomplete files will not be processed.
